There is no specific number of homes you should tour. Rather, you should tour enough homes to feel confident in what you absolutely need and do not need in your property.

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

Contrary to popular believe, your agent does not charge you when representing you as a buyer. The sellers pay the buyers and sellers agent commissions from the proceeds of their sale. Starting in August we will use buyer agreements for even more transparency in the process.
